The Portege M200/205 Series features the Intel Pentium Processor M at 1.50GHz (up to 1.70GHz), and the NVIDIA GeForce FX Go5200 32M graphics processor with 32MB DDR video memory, and includes a 12.1-inch SXGA+ diagonal display (1400x1050), digital ink technology, and integrated full-width keyboard.
It has integrated WiFi (802.11b, optional a/b, a/g), optional Bluetooth, and wide area network (via PC Card) support. Fast Infrared (FIR), 10/100 Ethernet, and V.90 modem allow for quick data exchange on network, Internet, or between PC devices. The unit also comes bundled with Microsoft Office OneNote 2003.
The optional Tablet Multi Dock is designed to encompass a flexible range of desktop usage models: Standard Docked Notebook, Primary Monitor w/external KB/Mouse, Extended Desktop w/Desktop monitor, and Digital Notepad w/Desktop monitor. The unit is easily rotated for landscape or portrait screen orientation with adjustment to different height levels for user comfort. Its integrated Slim SelectBay--compatible with select Port©g© and Tecra devices--supports an optical drive, second hard drive, and Bridge Media Adapter. Ports include 3-USB 2.0 ports, 10/100 Ethernet, RGB monitor port, Line-out jack, and AC input jack.
