The system is specificly designed to work with the PublicIP HotSpot Software to insure maximum compatablity with the capabilities of the PublicIP HotSpot Software in all modes of operation. This insures you the best possible performance with one of the best WiFi HotSpot Control systems in the world!

One option you can select is the Solid-State Drive option for this controller - that would replace the CD-Rom for fewer rotating parts and quicker response! The CD-Rom drive would still be availble for upgrades or to run other software. With no CD in the drive the system automatically will bootup off the solid-state drive!

The HotSpot Controller System is wisper quiet so may be used in areas where noise might be a problem - Public Libraries, Business Locations, Internet Cafe Locations, Hotels and Motels... and any other location where noise is a concern - it is THAT QUIET!

All controllers are put thorugh an extensive 48-hour burn-in process to insure long-life, trouble-free, optimum operation.
